• High quality papers will be recommended to be published in the following candidate journals.
• Paper published in the following journals will not be included in the conference proceedings but must be registered and presented at GPC 2023.
• No extension and no extra publication fee are needed for the papers published in the following journals.
• The best fit journal will be defined by GPC2023 organization.
